This week was fantastic! We went out with Stetson Smith, he is a kid that just got back from his mission like a week ago, he is a real fireball! Holy cow I don't know how he does it! He had me ready to get baptized and I'm already a missionary! We got four new investigators this week so that is great. I think Stetson is responsible for three of them. We got a referal from one of the other districts for a guy named Steve Page. So we went to his house and he sat us down and just started talking and talking and talking! He pretty much told us his whole life story in about 45 minutes and I swear he only took like 3 breaths. He expressed a desire to go to church and maybe join. So when he finally stopped talking we asked him if he wanted to be baptized on August 3rd and he said yes! Hah talk about a golden referal! We didn't even get to teach him anything and he agreed to be baptized. We went to pick him up for church yesterday but he was sick so we will have to push his date back. We had a zone meeting on tuesday. That was pretty cool. I got to do a training on why we promise blessings. I don't know why they asked the new kid to do it but I thought it went pretty good. The pday activity last week was way better than the week before because we had two zones there. We played volleyball and basketball it was really fun! We did some service for John from Guam this week. He is soooooo funny! He is always messing with Elder Daley :) He brought us some towels to wipe our sweat with and he told elder daley that when they worked in the fields back in Guam they would tuck there towels into the back of their shirts and it would make them stop sweating. So elder daley believed him and tucked it into his shirt. John really just wanted him to put it on like a cape and he just laughed and laughed hahahahaha he kept calling elder daley super bunny for the rest of the time :) We dug some holes for some posts that john is putting in. He is building a covered patio or something. It felt good to do some manual labor again I was begining to go into withdrawals! They had to be three feet deep and the ground was super hard! I don't think elder daley has dug a hole in his life. I finished mine and he was like a foot down so I helped him dig his too. It was fun :) John fed us lunch it was really good. It was home grown green beens and shrimp and ribs and rice. John had elder daley convinced that the ribs were possum meat haha. I love elder daley! We have so much fun together! I wouldn't trade him :) Well everyone if you want to be happy share the gospel it is the best! Have a fantastic week!
Love,
Elder Johnson

Thanks for teaching me all of these useful skills! I'm always cooking for my companion and I, it's fun! We had inspections last week so I cleaned like everything! We would have never passed if I didn't know how to clean a bathroom and mop a floor and vacuum :)
I love you mama :)
Hey I sent a letter to Julia to our house because I don't know her address so if you haven't already given it to her it should be in the mail box. Thanks!

Sam,
Not much happened this week. We got a new boy at the school. He is from Scottsdale. Very outgoing, seems happy to be here but he only came on Friday so we will see what his story is.
We sold another puppy, but only for $300, the price is dropping the older they get. They mob you when you go outside. It makes you feel loved.
Tanner and I went out on Grandpa's Razr yesterday. We went out to Devils hole,Leeds and to Silver Reef. It was fun. None of his friends could go and he didn't want to go by himself and he knew I would always go, so he came and got me.
Wednesday, dad and I are taking Tarri, the teacher at the school who has been a convert a couple of years, to do baptisms for the dead. She is excited to go.
Sorry such a lousy letter but nothing happened. I will try to do better in the future. Your letters are great.
Give service to your companion. You will love him more and the spirit will be with you more to guide you through out the day.
I love you,
MOM
